Shaun is a native of the Upstate in South Carolina and has been a full-time Realtor for over 16 years. He graduated from Anderson University in 2005 and soon after joined the Rigby Company Realtors as a member of The Murphy Team. Shaun continued working as part of The Murphy Team when Rigby Company was purchased by Allen Tate Realtors. In 2011, Shaun left Allen Tate Realtors and partnered with Ben Bosworth at Southern Realtors Associates. They chose to locate their business in the Powdersville community of Upstate, South Carolina. In 2018, Shuan purchased Ben’s remaining interest in the company to make him the sole owner. When not working, he loves to spend time with his family, boating, fishing, and farming. Shaun has built his business on lasting relationships and leaving clients better than he found them, which has led to the majority of his business being repeat clients. Brenda began work in the corporate world, as an assistant to the CEO of a large cell tower construction company. After the company sold and downsized, Brenda gained the opportunity to delve into real estate, a market she always had the desire to explore. In 2004, Brenda graduated from Barney Fletcher Real Estate School in Atlanta, GA and in 2005, moved to Greenville to be closer to her family. Since moving upstate, Brenda has started up four new subdivisions, sold out three of them and is working on selling out her fourth. Thanks to her extensive knowledge of new home construction as a new sales consultant, she is able to help home buyers find the new builds with all the quality features and amenities they seek. In addition to listing and selling homes, Brenda is talented in coordinating with developers, picking out beautiful color selections, demonstrating and staging model homes, and conducting negotiations, preparation, and closings.
When she’s not selling homes, Brenda loves spending time with her teenage granddaughters and wandering through consignment stores to find just the perfect and unique piece to catch the eye.

Sonya is a native of the Upstate in South Carolina. After over 19 years in Multi-Family Property Management, she had to make a change and real estate has always been in her heart. In 2019, she became a Realtor. In 2021, her Broker started a property management company (SRA Property Management LLC) so she also enjoys overseeing the Residential & Commercial rental portfolio. When she is not helping clients, Sonya enjoys time with her family, 3 cats & mini GoldenDoodle, church, fishing, camping, and home projects. Trust, communication, and confidentiality are very important to her. Sonya’s goal is to make the real estate or rental process fun and simple, ensuring clients have all the details of their transaction, and that they feel both comfortable and confident every step of the way.

Shane began his career in the commercial mower sales industry and did so for over 23 years before starting his own company, TEAM Lawn Applications. He decided to go into Real Estate because he enjoys talking to people, helping people and is great at building relationships. When not working with clients, Shane enjoys spending time with his wife, Amy, and their 3 children, Mckenzie, Easton, and Tilly, as well as their 3 dogs & 1 cat. Known for bringing enthusiastic and outgoing energy wherever she goes. Jessica was born in Easley and now resides in Powdersville with her husband and two children. She obtained a business degree with an emphasis in marketing/management from Lander University in 2007. She has always been known as the “never met a stranger” type of person. Jessica has a passion for meeting the needs of her customers and consistently goes the extra mile. The organization is key to her success, which is why she also started a residential and commercial cleaning business in January 2021 called Southern Shine Services. Her hobbies include golf, painting, crafts, organizing (yes, she loves to clean!), but most importantly and her biggest joy in life comes from being a mom.

Born in Upstate South Carolina, Teresa Saxon has lived in the Greer area all her life. She received training in real estate at Fortune Academy. Teresa was introduced to the real estate and new construction businesses early on by working with her family’s plumbing and heating business. For 12 years, Teresa worked as an administrative assistant and in 2004 became a real estate sales agent with Integrys Realty. With more than 15 years of experience representing buyers, sellers and investors in the real estate arena, Teresa is knowledgeable in the local market and knows just the right fit for each of her clients. Her primary focus is on making sure her clients are happy and satisfied with their buying or selling process. Teresa’s specialty is in new construction and she is currently working with Premier Homes and Associates as well as Southern Realtor Associates. She has started and sold out several subdivisions in the Greenville, Piedmont, Williamston areas and is currently in The Farms at Spearman Road. Teresa is married with two children and has one grandson. She attends Resurrection Church in Greer where she volunteers in the children’s ministry. She loves to escape to the mountains of Tennessee to enjoy the outdoors and family fishing trips.

Tuesday is a native of the Upstate. She was born and raised in the Easley/Powdersville area, and after living in many great cities (Atlanta-GA, Nashville-TN, Savannah-GA & Columbia-SC), she was thrilled to make her way back “home” in 2020. Tuesday first began her real estate career in 2001 in Nashville, Tennessee. “When we relocated back to the upstate, I was so excited to start growing my real estate career here. I didn’t have to learn a new area; I grew up here. Restarting my real estate business in a new area was just a matter of reconnecting with longtime friends and family”, says Tuesday. Her eye for design, seeing the bigger picture, attention to detail, and love for people is why clients love working with her. Tuesday thrives on relationships and clients quickly become friends.
